Sphinx 9.0 or 9.1

Why is Sphinx version in pyproject.toml still specified as less than 9? The build and rendering seems to work just fine on Sphinx 9.0 or 9.1.

I suspect it simply hasn't been updated yet since the Sphinx 9 release. I'm not a maintainer here myself, but I expect a PR might be appreciated?

PR welcome. It should work. In CI we test against sphinx main, so compatibility problems would be surprising. But yeah: maintainer time is hard to come by.

For reference, the excellent NetworkX Documentation runs fine on this theme and Sphinx 9.1.0. Pandas has Sphinx 9.0.4 for documentation as of now.
