Page couldn't be reached

I followed the steps in your website. After I forked the repository, I didn't make any changes to the content yet. After I edited Github Pages setting 'Source' -> 'Master branch', the page loaded with the default domain name is a plain text page shown in the picture

After I changed my custom domain, the site cannot be reached.
I would like to know how to solve this issue, thank you!
