Use the etcdutl migrate command in version 3.6 to perform data migration on the etcd data-dir to ensure no issues occur 20967.
Why is this needed?
I have already reviewed this wiki , but we have some obstacles preventing us from upgrading to 3.5.26, and we need to upgrade directly to version 3.6.
