Bug: -leaktest falsely initiates a crash report

Describe the bug

If VBSP cancels itself due to a leak when -leaktest is used, it will falsely open a crash report window.

To Reproduce

1. Make a map in Hammer that has a leak.
2. Compile it with the parameter -leaktest in VBSP options.

Expected Behavior

A crash reporter window shouldn't open for something intentionally closed.
